Ivan Alypov: “Every time is a chance to show yourself in a new way”

Ollympic bronze medalist Ivan Alypov doesn’t often visit his hometown Ekaterinburg: he spends his time at the training camps and competitions 10 months a year, but managed to take part in triathlon competition, when he was at home:

- In the short break between training camps you managed to take part in triathlon competitions: what part of them: cycling, swimming or running do you prefer best of all?

- It wasn’t my first triathlon race: I have already victories and podiums. This time I managed to became second: strong running stage let me reduce the one and a half minute gap. But despite of it cycling I prefer better. In my childhood I had to choose between cycling and skiing. So cycling is my old love.
