7-9 of November in Germany was take place the first speed skating World Cup stage. Before it the leader of Russian team Eugeniy Lalenkov gave this interview:
First competitions are certainly long-expected. Ive wanted serious struggle for a long time. Berlin forum is a good arena and we know it very well. When in Russia there were no skate domes we trained there. Even national championships took place there and spent two times New Year in Berlin, where we had training camps. This season in Germany we received new equipment and sportswear, so I want to thank our partners CRAFT Sportswear, DSB bank and my personal sponsor Azia shipping.
