Juan Jose Haedo Took Stage Four Of Tour Of Missouri

Stage four of Tour of Missouri was a 175.7 kilometer long and typical day for a sprint match between St. James and Jefferson City situated on the banks of Missouri River. It was, however a special day for Team Saxo Bank rider, Juan Jose Haedo who took the stage win.

Even though four riders, Bernard Van Ulden (Jelly Belly), Jeff Louder (BMC Racing Team) Bradley White (OUCH p/b Maxxis) and Michael Creed (Team Type 1) made an effort to tease the big and explosive sprinters there was hardly any doubt that the front group eventually would get caught and the stage was going to be decided in a sprint duel.

Team Saxo Bank rider Juan Jose Haedo has sprinted his way to the podium three times out of three stages and on Thursdays stage he put the icing on the cake by not only taking the stage but also the leader's jersey in front of Thor Hushovd (Cervelo).
