Schleck brothers at the podium in Belgium

Fränk and Andy Schleck had a great race at Liège - Bastogne - Liège in Belgium. Fränk were second rider over the finish line and Andy third. Both Schleck brothers at the podium is a great result for the team. The only rider able to beat the Schleck brothers was Philippe Gilbert, Omega Pharma Lotto.

“This is what we wanted,” said Sports Director Kim Andersen after the race.

“I don’t think we could have done anything different,” noted Fränk. “We attacked together which we normally don’t do. We normally attack one after another. We attacked together because were feeling very strong. Gilbert was the only one able to follow.”
