The Autopublish service is open for orders 24 hours 7 days a week. An order placed after 17:00 or just before 17:00 will not be processed before 8:00 the next workday.
The aim of the service is to deliver PDF publications in return based on the current CRAFT workbook within 24 hours, during office hours 8-17 CET, Monday to Friday,
except for holidays. You will receive a PDF either by email or as a link to the NWG ftp depending on the size of the PDF.
The Autopublish service does not include a PDF proof process. If you have any suggestions or comments about the publications you ordered,
please specify the as a reply email to us. Itemnumber misspelled in your order or non existing items, will not be processed. We will contact you if this occurrs.
